Standards have changed as compared to the first semester. More drama, less laughs. Whatever happened to the fun side of Kobayashi-san? Looks like the producers decided to take another direction. Are anime sequels always like that?
Genre: Action, Romantic comedy, Drama, Slice of life
Air Period: April 2, 2006 – September 24, 2006
Episodes: 26
" Continuing right where season 1 left off: Harima still likes Tenma but still runs into obstacles everytime he tries to confess his love to her. To complicate the situation, Class 2-D challenges class 2-C once again and there's a rumor floating around that Harima and Yakumo are dating as the school prepares for the cultural festival. " - ANN
But it ain't too bad. The drama's pretty easy to catch on - I admit, the later part of the series made me baw abit. More characters, more personalities. Lala-chan is awesome man... - manly and straightforward, (Hmph) I approve. We got to see the softer side of Ojo-sama, that was mentally appealing enough. I can't understand how Harima still cannot give up - now that's how love should be. (Ok, I agree that it might be very irritating)
I'm curious as to know what the hell the producers were thinking when planning the episodes. How the heck could you consider that a, don't say good, passable ending? Seems like forcing viewers to read the manga. The last episode is definitely not approved. Worse still, no continuation to the series, a total crash to the whole plot developed for two seasons.
